Flexible, professional office space and meeting rooms,

without the hassle of a long term lease.

We offer a variety of rooms in many sizes to suit your working, meeting and networking needs.  We offer 4 levels of membership/use of our spaces:


Resident Membership: 

Our Residents are the backbone of Productivity Pointe! 

Resident Member: $300/Month for 45 hours of office, conference and reception space.

No Long Term Commitments!  All Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice!

Additional Hours beyond 45 can be purchased at 25% off the Pay-As-You-Go Rates

  • 24/7 Keyed Access
  • Unlimited use of Community Space (as space allows)
  • Business Address & Mail Delivery

An ideal candidate for a resident member is someone who is looking to represent their business in a professional office needing a variety of space through each month, but isn’t quite ready for the overhead and commitment of a long term lease.

You will be provided a link to scheduling so that you can reserve your rooms… then you just show up!


Community Plus Membership:

This is ideal for the business person who needs a professional place to meet and work Part time!

Community PLUS Member: $175/month for 5 (8 hour) Day Passes for use of community room area, plus 5 hours of office, conference and reception space.

No Long Term Commitments!  All Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice!

Additional hours beyond 5 can be purchased at 15% off the Pay-As-You-Go Rates

SERVICES & AMENITIES:

  • High Speed Wifi
  • B&W Printing/Copy/Scan & Fax
  • FedEx & UPS Services (additional fees may apply)
  • Admin Services (additional fees may apply)
  • Discounts to local restaurants and retailers
  • Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Snacks for you and your guests

An ideal candidate for a Community PLUS member is someone who needs a productive space to work once per week, plus occasional access to a private room to meet with clients.

You will be provided a link to scheduling so that you can reserve your rooms… then you just show up!


Community Membership:

This is ideal for the business person who needs a professional place to meet and work on occasion!

Community Member: $100/month for 15 hours use of community room area during regular hours.

 No Long Term Commitments!  All Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice!

Office and Conference room Hours can be purchased at 15% off the Pay-As-You-Go Rates as you need them.

You will be provided a link to scheduling so that you can reserve your space in the community room… then you just show up!


Pay As You Go:

Need a room once?  Then you will LOVE our Pay as you go option.  Pick the room you want, look at the scheduling calendar for open times, Pay for a one time use and you are done!

About

Rebecca Moussa and Mindy Lipsky are the co-owners and founders of Productivity Pointe LLC

Rebecca is owner of Advantage Bookkeeping and Payroll Services LLC, a successful accounting firm servicing local small businesses.  Mindy is owner of Innovative Coaching Services LLC, an equally successful Business Coaching Practice that helps local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Through growing their businesses they both found there was no affordable location to go work, meet clients and be productive… That is how Productivity Pointe was created!  Mindy & Rebecca had both been working from home and occasionally trying to find the perfect professional space. What they found was either a local coffee shop, which tended to be crowded, loud and less than professional when meeting clients, OR a space that was very expensive with a long term lease.  Mindy had found a fantastic co-working space, but it was an hour away on a good traffic day.  SO they set out to find the perfect professional location to create a NEW co-working space not only for themselves but to share with the community!

Productivity Pointe LLC is a shared office space for local small businesses and entrepreneurs to work, meet, network and be productive!  We know not all businesses are alike, so we offer 4 levels of membership to suit different business needs! Whether you are in need of space daily, once per week or once per month we have you covered!
